If you are elderly (or you know of someone) and need some guidance about almost anything, then you only have to ask. Even if it is not in our usual area of expertise, we'll be sure to point you in the right direction.

We have an information and advice point in our New Milton shop where you can just pop in or give us a call for a chat before booking an appointment.
From September 2021 we will be able to offer the same service in your own home, again completely free of charge.
